Description:
Freight, 5 year old grade line back Dun gelding. He stands 15.2 1/2 hands tall and is wide as he is tall. Been used primarily as a ranch horse. He’s been used in rough rocky country with no problems. He’s doctored yearlings, drug calves, gathered sheep and goats and been used around cow dogs. He neck reins, but doesn’t have a super fancy handle yet. He really hunts a stop and wants to stop correct. For a big guy he’s got some speed and is very athletic. The kind that will go all day and won’t quit you. Easy to show, tie, and load in the trailer. Only reason for selling is we are moving and need to downsize some horses. We intended on making him a head horse/ tripping horse, and would make a great pickup horse. $5k firm. Located in Eden, TX.
