Shorty is as cute as they come and shines like a new copper penny! He’s a 6 year old quarter pony gelding that we’ve used on the ranch all summer and fall. Shorty has got a cute head, straight legs, good feet, built nice, and stands at a handy size at 13.3 hhs. Shorty has a ground eating walk, picks up his leads and lopes nice circles outside or in an arena. Gathered large pastures and worked cows in the corral. Soft in the bridle, moves off your legs, nice handle and good stop, smooth gaits and rides on a loose rein. He’s easy to shoe, crosses water, open abd shut gates off of him, loads, and hobble broke.

No buck or spook under saddle, and goes where you point him. Good with time off and not silly on cold mornings.

Can stand tied all day without throwing a fuss. Ride by yourself or in a group.

Shorty likes to work on the ranch, take you safely down the trails, or go have fun at the arena! Shorty will make some handy kid that special horse or is large enough for an adult to ride. He’s gentle, he’s safe, he’s handy, and he’s cute!
