She is one you definitely don’t want to miss out on! She is a gorgeous gray mare that has had some reined cowhorse training and is fancy broke. She is cowy, quick footed, can really turn around and stops hard. She’s really gentle and is fun to ride. She’s been used as a turnback horse in the cutting pen. She’s been used for ranch sorting and could easily be your next sorting horse. We’ve used her extensively on the ranch to gather, pen, sort pairs, drag calves to the fire and any other task that needed done. You can pony colts off her. We sent her to a feed yard for a few months to be used. She’s been tracking and roping the dummy in the arena. She’s cowy enough and has the speed to make a super cool head or heel horse. She’s already started roping breakaway. You could make her a drill team horse very easy. Another avenue for her would be a queens contest horse because she would really stand out with her beautiful flashy looks and the way she rides would make her a showstopper to catch the judges eye. Silver is also a great trail horse if you just need something that’s pretty to pleasure ride. She’ll cross water, go up the hills, through rough country and over bridges. We’ve ridden her down the road. We used her this past weekend at our place for a flowers festival with 400+ people present. She led the percession of people with a flower girl on her bareback. She stood for 2 hours with all 400 people petting her and taking pictures with her. One more thing in her list of positives is you could raise a phenomenal baby out of her. Her impeccable pedigree, looks, color and mind would make it impossible not to raise at least one baby out of her. Her sire is a son of Peptoboonsmal and her dam in an old school cow bred mare. Silver is a very cool minded mare and is a personal horse we’ve had for 5 years. We bought her straight from the breeder as a long 2 yr old so a great loving home is a must for this special girl.
