Description:
Roaring Springs Ranch is looking for some summer cowboys and farmers to help us in the busy season. It is long days on the job and lots of miles on a horse or hours in a tractor, we are not fair weather workers it may be cold or the heat of the day. We may take you on if you’re honest about your ability. Please don’t try to stretch the truth of what you can or have done.

Jobs you will potentially be doing (cowboy side):

-Cowboying lots of cowboying.

-Fence Fixing

-Chute help/corral work

-Haltering/training young horses

-All Around Ranch hand work

(Farm Side):

-Driving tractors pulling whatever the job requires

-Welding if you can

-Moving wheel lines

-Machining

-Stacking hay

-Equipment Maintenance

-Everything a farm may require

What is provided:

-Housing + Utilities

-Transportation

-Horses

- Nails, Rasps and Shoes for horses (you provide the tools and labor)

-We have a cook on staff

-Knowledge

-Dang good treatment and opportunity for personal benefit if you work hard to earn it.



It is an honest hard working ranch job. We don’t allow dogs on the job but at home that’s fine. Personal horses are allowed, up to 3. They will be ran with the company horses. The ranch is located out of cell phone service but wifi is available. Married or single it doesnt matter, we can make it work either way.
