Description:
Looking for a couple to be full-time groundskeeper / part-time housekeeper for owner’s private residence.



Groundskeeper duties entail; maintaining flower gardens, inground swimming pool, lawns, multiple lawn irrigation systems, wildlife feeders and fences all located on owner’s private grounds. Also watering and caring for trees, general labor handyman style various projects, caring for lawns at hunting lodge, guest house, ranch headquarters and along main ranch road. Maintaining equipment pertaining to these duties.



Housekeeper will be responsible for cleaning and stocking the owner’s residence, and assisting in the grounds as necessary.



The job requires being comfortable in a rural setting. Location is extremely rural in low population.



Must be dependable, non-smoking, responsible, honest, positive, respectful and a get-it-done attitude! Must have a valid driver’s license.
