5 Year Old AQHA Palomino Gelding. BIG TIME ROPE HORSE PROSPECT. Trained and rode by Justin Lucht since he was a 2 year old. This gelding has had a full time ranch job for 2 1/2 years. He is sure footed in rough terrain, good crossing water and downed timber. Has roped all classes of cattle. Has been used to pick up bucking horses. Dally short, step off at the trailer and kiss to him, he’ll pull whatever he’s attached to right on in. He runs hard to cattle. Good to shoe, tie and load. He is ready for the arena. Handy trained in every way. He’s gentle and keeps his composure when put into a tight spot. His dam has produced many fine performance horses in her long career. His sire, Rojo Vaquero was known for his trainable colts, correct conformation and incredible athleticism. Yellow Vaquero spent his formative years in big country on Horse Butte Ranch, Two Dot, MT and had total freedom until he was 2 years old and met Justin Lucht. From there it’s pure history.
