Thank you for visiting my ad. I am a young horsewoman looking for work around Laurel/Billings Montana. I have a Bachelors Degree in Animal Science. I have over 15 years of riding experience in mainly western riding but also have ridden English. I have three years experience working as a veterinary technician in a mixed animal practice. I have night calving experience and foaling out horses. I have numerous years of experience with cattle. I have AI’d cattle during college and will be attending another AI school this month (March). I currently raise/breed performance quarter horses and have a small herd of registered Murray Grey cattle along with miniature cattle. I can drive a tractor, skidsteer, and a manual pickup. I have extensive experience in providing medical care to livestock, can ride young (or older) horses, although I would not consider myself a colt starter, have trained my own barrel horses, have competed in cutting, reined cowhorse, barrel racing and more including showing multiple classes of animals. Ideally looking for a position working with livestock, especially if I can be horseback. I can work well by myself. I am a very quick learner and easy going. I have my own pick up and horse trailer. I have experience in fencing and a little experience in haying. I am unable to relocate due to my own livestock and me helping care for my critically ill brother. Recently left my previous place of employment at a bull stud so I am eagerly looking for work! Please feel free to contact me with any questions and potential job openings you may have!
