Description:
22 ft mecate reins, 6 strands and 5/8 Handmade with real mane horsehair – not rough to the touch at all. Comes with a beautiful rawhide bosal – with a 7/8ths inch diameter tapered rawhide nose. It measures 12 ½ inches from the inside of the nose to the inside of the heel knot. The heel knot is 2” wide and 1 ½ inches tall. Again – its new and never been used. Looks like the headstall is from Smile Tree Leather works, Glendale, CA. The first word is S—le Tree I can’t make it out – looks like an Sm-le – so that’s all I can think of. The leather is in great shape and I just oiled it – this looks like it was lightly used. Really nice double ply leather will fit any standard size horse.
