My name is Kyle Gleason. I am a 36-year-old all-around ranch hand seeking employment. Looking for a full time, long term position. I have been working in the Cattle industry for the last 13 years. Prior to that I was a professional Horse Shoer, and Trainer. I currently am a technician for a large Livestock research facility in the Mid-West. I have extensive experience in quiet handling, calving, doctoring, and livestock health assessment and management. I am familiar with what it takes to keep a place working well. I value neat and tidy facilities. I take care of fences, maintain and care about the equipment I’m using. I have experience with ditch and wheel line irrigation. I’ve done some haying, and I have experience with keeping detailed and accurate records. What I don’t have experience in I am willing to learn. I am diligent and self-motivated. I’ll get the job done. I’m okay with working alone, but I do value a good crew.
