Hauls well and we have taken him out for lessons when needed. Clips, bathes and tacks up and cross ties. Dandy needs a rider who will enjoy taking him out and introducing him to new trails. He is stout and sensible but not boring. Honestly a bit more whoa than go, but he’s a lovely mover. He has done well with front shoes, or barefoot and he has nice strong feet naturally. Dandy is confident and not herd bound and he is not aggressive with other horses.. he is kind , can be playful but that’s what makes him Dandy. He was broke to ride by JENNIFER McCloud & Cowboy at MS PERFORMANCE HORSES Arlington, WA for 5 months, good walk and trot, canter. Dandy is an easy keeper ( he eats lots of orchard grass hay) but he gets haystackers special blend , no need to add anything else unless you want.
