One of the nicest colts I had raised, with that rare and sought after light silver grulla color, splash white, partial blue eyes and just the right amount of white. He is built just to die for and above all he was born with our ’signature disposition’! He has proven to have an unbelievable disposition from day one and when we started riding him last year as a 3 year old he had that ’old soul’, ’born broke’ mentality that didn’t surprise me one bit. Everything the trainer asked of him or showed him couldn’t bother him in the least. Now, I have been a professional for many years and will NOT use the term ’bombproof’ for a live animal. However, if I was going to say one was dang near it it would be "Geordy"!! He has had a solid year of professional training and all different levels of riders have ridden him already! He has spent the last several months with a cutting trainer who focuses on getting them soft in the face, using their body, confident in what they do, getting around cattle and hauling as much as possible to new places! He was started with a reining and horsemanship trainer who put the basics on him, even teaching him to side up to anything you ask so you can step on! He is a gorgeous, soft and smooth mover and will put his head down and walk out down the trail, alone or with others! Other horses have never mattered to him. He is honest, always the same and quiet yet willing. Currently he is being used on a cattle ranch for day work, gathering pairs in big country, sorting, etc and is happy and confident in any of it asked from him! Even catching the cattle who decide to run off! He stays right there to help you, with a willing and happy attitude!
