Description:
Stormy is a 6 year old bay mare that has been used for all aspects of ranch work. You can gather, sort, doctor, and rope all ages of cattle on this mare. She is awesome for those long days, and is tough enough for steep and rocky country. This mare is as sure footed as they come. She has been started on the heel end and has been hauled to a few small rodeos/jackpots and has the potential to be a solid rope horse, puts you in position every time. Stormy does awesome every time you back her in the box, she doesn’t get blown up and leaves flat and FAST! She likes to stop too, very responsive to body signals. She would make a great breakaway horse, calf horse, brood mare or anything you wanted to do with her. Stormy is good to saddle, shoe, haul with any horse, and bathe. Stormy is gentle but can be sensitive to quick and sudden movements when you’re on the ground. She is in need of a confident rider.
