Ranch Apprenticeship in Silver Lake, Michigan

The PACE professional apprenticeship at Grace Adventures equips young professionals (age 21-28, college degree preferred) to be successful and balanced in an active dude ranch environment. This 14-month program (August through the following October) will provide short-term, full-time ministry experience. The apprentice will grow in personal character, understanding of camp ministry, and skills specific to using horses as a tool for building leadership and relationships.

Activities include managing a herd of 40+ horses, facilitating horse-assisted team building activities, running family ranch retreats and a national professional horsemanship conference, leading year-round trail rides, wagon rides, and cattle drives, and running a summer horsemanship program for kids.
