In search of ranch employee:



Our diversified ranch is looking for a hard working individual to join our team. We have a progressive registered Simmental cowherd and run approximately 400 cow calf pairs. We do extensive AI and ET with the cows and have our own bull sale. Modern equipment and working facilities along with a heated shop make for a pleasant work environment. Ability and experience of operating tractors/farm equipment is a must. We do all our cattle work/moving off ATVs, not horses, our operation is not a “cowboy” setting. We have no expectations of you having to rope or ride.



Feeding cattle, fixing/building fence, maintaining equipment, calving, preparing for the bull sale, and haying would all be part of your daily routine, along with many other responsibilities. A passion for the intensity of the ranching lifestyle is very important. That being said, it’s a great place to live and raise a family.



Ideally an individual that enjoys working with cattle and has a “Mr. Fix It” background would compliment our program well. Ability to troubleshoot and pay attention to details are very important. We value honesty, strong morals, a hard-working attitude, and flexible personality. Non-smoker would also be a bonus.



Competitive pay based on experience, a newly updated, 4 bedroom/2 bath/single attached garage house will be provided right on site. You literally will walk out the door and be on the job. Families welcome. For the right person, a dog or horse can be accommodated for.



We are located in central North Dakota and are close to an appealing small town with a great school system and an hour from bigger ND cities with all the amenities.
