2012 Palomino Gelding

14.3 Hands 1000 lbs

Colonel is a handy sized dark palomino gelding that we have ranched on the past year and a half. He has had cutting training which makes him excellent in the sorting pen and he would excel as a ranch sorter. Colonel has a sweet disposition and stays broke every day and will saddle up gentle even after extended time off. He was used this winter to pick up at several local pony bronc ridings and handled this new experience all in stride. Colonel has been used for branding, calving, ranch rodeos and doctoring in the pasture and the feedlot. He has been ridden by inexperienced, as well as, experienced riders and does anything his rider asks of him. Colonel is also registered in the American Ranch Horse Association.
