Description:
Southern Arizona farm and cattle operation is immediately hiring for long-term farm hand. This is a hay and cow/calf operation.

The ideal candidate has knowledge of operating farm equipment and managing the livestock in this type of operation. You must be an honest, reliable self-starter with a solid work ethic. Good communication skills including email and text messaging are required. You must be a non-smoker, drug free and have a valid drivers license.

Skill and knowledge requirements include operating pivot and other farm implements including tractor, planter, and baler; welding and mechanical repairs; cattle and calving; horses and roping.

Compensation for the job includes salary, dependent on experience, and fully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartment, utilities, satellite TV, internet, smart phone, ½ beef per year, health insurance and performance bonuses. Farm hand is provided with a F 350 pickup.
