Pat is well-known bit and spur maker from Shamrock, Texas. It is marked with a P and an upside down V. Pat has been building bits and spurs since 1980 and is listed in Bits & Spurs, Motifs, Techniques, and Modern Makers by Ned and Jody Martin. It is steel with a natural patina and is mounted with engraved nickel silver. There is wear at the center rings. Please see the pictures. It is not bent, broken, or repaired. This would be a nice bit to add to a collection or to use.
