The hobbles are made out of heavy harness leather with beveled and hand rubbed edges. They are lined with latigo leather. They were made by Jeremiah Miller from Lubbock, Texas. He is a cowboy and horseman and knows how to build gear that works. They are maker marked with his stamp. The hobble hardware was made by Stephen White. Stephen is a bit and spur maker from Plainview, Texas. The back of the buckle is marked S White. The hardware is steel and the buckle is mounted with copper and nickel silver with engraving in the steel between the mountings. The hobble rings are mounted with nickel silver.
