Description:
Experienced reliable ,58 year old cowboy, hard working. Wife is my free help and will travel with me. I use a range tipi and sometimes a camper if lodging is not available. I mostly make briskets, ribs, steaks, beans,Hoppin John, sour dough rolls, biscuits , and cobblers, Mexican dishes .. sometimes using my Dutch Ovens .(Cooking over hot coals in cast iron). I consider myself an expert , Cooked at dozens of brandings and hunting camps .Done many wedding rehearsal suppers and family reunions. I own a Chuck Wagon and charge a little extra to bring it along for effects. I have managed 2 cattle ranches in my day for over 20 years and done the whole feed lot scene as well. Currently residing in Kansas and plan to relocate to COLORADO real soon.Like within the MONTH!!!! Have a couple of camps already booked in Az and Colo. and NM. It’s not as full time as I wanted so I thought I’d get this ad in ..I have references upon request. I do not have a dog either and do not smoke nor use drugs. I like a cold beer at the end of the day once in awhile.
