Family cow/calf operation in Northwest Arkansas is seeking a full-time permanent employee to help with a variety of ranch work. The ranch consists of approximately 1500 acres, owned and rented, and runs 250-280 pairs as well as replacement heifers. Tasks include but not limited to the following: care of the livestock, hay production, fence building, land clearing, brush/weed control, maintenance and repair of equipment and structures. This is not a riding position but horses can be used at various times. Benefits and salary depend on experience and will be discussed during a call or in-person interview.
