We are trying this again as the last guy didn’t show up. We have and one in place and are looking for the second. We really want someone who is looking to better their future and want to stick around for several years to come. If you have not been at a job for more then a year you need not apply.



Texas/ New Mexico farm and ranch seeking motivated individual to help with day to day operations of cow/calf, yearling and fresh calf care. We have a spring and fall calving herd as well as turn yearlings out on wheat pasture and a small feed yard.

This persons main responsibilities will be:

Spot sick cattle, rope and doctor, help calve, run feed truck, and be willing to; help put up hay, fence (mostly hotwire),some equipment maintenance and shop upkeep, some simple tractor driving on occasion, be able to work by themselves, and take initiative to see what needs to be done and do it.

We are "remote" by some standards as the closest Walmart is 90mil. Salary based on experience and ability

Housing (in town) pickup, beef, as well as bred heifer bonus program and chance to grow your own herd.

This is not a straight cowboy job but there are lots of hours on horseback.

Must be willing to jump in and help where and when needed.
