Description:
Seeking a young motivated open minded individual that is willing to put in required work to get the job done. Must be a person who takes pride in their work and what the crew accomplishes each day. We are willing to train the right individual.



Qualifications for this position are as follows:

Be able to manage a crew

Ability to teach others

Good problem solving skills

Good horsemanship skills. Being able to start and ride young horses a plus.

Farrier skills

Good cattle handling skills. Calving experience a plus.

Ability to operate feeding and haying equipment

Mechanical skills such as maintaining equipment and vehicles and doing minor repairs. Welding skills a plus.

Experience with irrigation systems. Pivot, flood or wheel line.



We are a horseback outfit.
