Description:
In search of a trainer with experience teaching beginner riders. Looking for a part-time(20hrs/week) W-2 Employee with potential for growth based on skill. Job will require working Saturdays and at least two evenings a week during the school year (5pm-8pm). Employee will be a big part of camp and educational programs put on by the facility. Must like to work with kids.



We are a 60+ horse boarding facility that also runs a lesson program. Ideal candidate will be able to teach lessons for the lesson program as well as provide training for clients who request it. We are a family-friendly community that is composed of all types of riders - hunter/jumper, dressage, western dressage, reining, trail, and of course recreational riders.



The ideal candidate will have 5+ years teaching lessons and training client horses. Safety is our utmost priority. Discipline preference is not as important as horsemanship skills and mindset. Ideally, trainer will be able to teach beginner lessons in both English and Western and then have a preference of advanced lessons to teach.



Must be able to use a computer and own a working smartphone.



Hourly wage DOE. Insurance coverage is provided for lessons/trainings given at facility.
