Seeking a long term position with a ranch that will give me a chance to learn and grow. I moved to Midland a month ago from WA with the promise that there was plenty of work to do. I’m afraid I made a mistake in going there and so I’m looking for a better fit for me. Being new in the industry I have to be shown and told some of what I can do and I go do it. I like to learn the way that someone wants it done so I’m always doing it right. I learn fast and I work hard I just need someone to point me in the right direction.



I’ve worked in roofing, logging, and construction over the past few years so I can say I know what hard work is. I can operate a little equipment (backhoe, roller, skidder, yarder, small tractor). Anything I don’t know just give me a day and I’ll do alright, give me a week and I’ll do even better. I’m very humble in what I know and can say I know a little about a lot. I’ve grown some on my knowledge while being out there in the haying aspect as I’ve been running rakes. Always looking to expand on my experience



A little about me... I’m a 23 year old woman who’s grown up in Washington my whole life. I enjoy barrel racing which I have just started this year, helping at brandings, and just trying to live my life to the fullest. I’ve never been happier than I have been working cattle for friends on the weekends and I’ve always said I would do it everyday if I had the chance. Sitting in the saddle is the best place to get my mind right. I love this life more than anything and want to grow in my knowledge of the lifestyle. I will get my hands dirty and anything else that requires to get a job done.



I have one good horse (my barrel horse) that I’ve been working cattle on and she has been roped off of a few times that I’ve seen and I practice off of her. I also have two dogs (non-working) that are not trouble makers and do fine kenneled. Can drive a pick up and a trailer as I’ve got my own long bed and a 4h slant. Willing to work the long hours in the cold, heat, rain, or snow and do anything that needs to get done. Thank you for your consideration
