Description:
We are looking for a energetic ranch hand/couple. this is a seasonal job for this grazing season. job would be from may 15th to September 15. The job will entail taking care of 900 yearling steers by yourself. you will be required to move the yearlings horse back every 3 or 4 days to the next pasture. It would be best if you were capable to rope and doctor yearlings by yourself but if not we can have a hand come and team doctor with you when needed. Most days you will cake(deliver protein supliment) the yearlings and check to make sure they are not out and doctor any sickness. You will also be responsible for checking the water and putting out some mineral. we have a well kept ranch house for you to stay in and a truck and horse trailer for you to use. Good stockmanship ship and horse skills are strongly preferred but we will consider taking someone with less experience if they are willing to learn and work hard.

The ranch is located 45 mins from the nearest Walmart (Cody Wyoming)

no rent or utilities will be charged but we will not be providing you with meals. You need to bring your own horses. must be self motivated and willing to follow a set grazing plan.

You can also bring well trained dogs.
