This is a very good and lightly used machine with about 520 hours on the skid steer and about 400 hours on the mulcher at the most. If you are needing to get control of brush, undergrowth, and trees 6 inches in diameter and down this is the machine that you need. It comes with a bucket to do all the dirt work on your place as well. There are about a 100 hours of wear left on the mulcher teeth. Watch the attached video to see how smooth the machine operates and the transformation of a pasture to useable land. This is the business that we currently operate but due to health issues, I need to sell the machine. The skid steer still has 4 years of the manufacturer’s warranty that will come with the machine. It also has a forestry package for the skid steers protection, bulletproof glass in the front for your protection against flying debris and multiple bells and whistles for your comfort and ease of operation.

Additional details: This machine has been taken care of very well. Barn stored when not in use and cleaned after every use. It has the forestry package on the skid steer which includes Forestry bulletproof door, back up camera, radio, DEF guard, Hydraulic coupler guard, quick attach guard, front and rear light guards, hood guard and rear door screen guard. The mulcher is a Bradco MM 72 with about 100 hours left on the teeth. The skid steer has both high flow and regular flow ports. It is a great machine.
