Seeking long term Grounds Keeper/General Laborer/Caretaker in Northern Colorado area.



Job duties: Included but not limited to -

Maintain and up keep a very large area, mowing, landscaping, hanging decorations for holidays, picking up trash and cleaning, fence maintenance, equipment maintenance, snow removal, security and overall land care. Also includes feeding animals and cleaning up after them. Applicant needs to be proficient with computer, checks e-mail/voicemail and have excellent communication skill. Must be a very driven individual who is willing to work hard on a daily basis.
