Description:
I am an experienced cowboy with a family in search of a cowboy, cowboss, or herdsman position.



*I have experience with registered and commercial ranches, feedlot operations, and cowcamps.



*Proficient at riding, roping, pasture doctoring, identifying sickness, heat detection, breeding, breeding protocols, and calving.



*Knowledgable of feeding programs including bull development.



*A lot of experience running chutes, corral work and sorting both horseback and on foot.



*Pasture management, rotation, fence building and upkeep.



*Breaking and finishing ranch horses and able to shoe my own horses.



*Ability to ride and work in all terrain and weather conditions. Very experienced moving and gathering cattle in mountainous terrain horseback.



*I keep very detailed records of what is required for a registered outfit. Calving, breeding, AI-ing, doctoring, and such.



*Proficient at hauling cattle, pulling trailers in all road conditions.



*Experienced running equipment including tractors for feeding and such. Also able to run a hydrabed for feeding.



*I’m very hard working and take pride in my work.

I am married and we have two young kids. We are in search of a family friendly ranch where we can raise our children in the way of life that we love. We’re very used to living in rural areas. We also have some good ranch horses and a some good working dogs. Looking for a ranch primarily in Montana but we are open to other states. Thank you for your time and consideration.
