Description:
Full time ranch maintenance/grounds keeper needed. Duties include but not limited to:

Flood irrigation/ sprinklers

Operation of heavy equipment

Livestock pasture management

Weeding and mowing grass/tree and property care

Horse and Livestock care/feeding/cleaning pens

Basic plumbing

Building/structure Up-keep

Auto maintenance

Fence building/maintenance

Housing and utilities provided with pay



Required Character:

Reliable, self-starter that does not require constant direction. A person who stays on task and completes daily jobs and requests without assistance. Horse experience is good but not required. Attention to detail and a desire to work is a must.



Clean driving record/no criminal history/no drug or alcohol issues are wanted here. We are a family friendly operation and we need a trustworthy and honest person to care for this place as not only their job, but as their own home. Therefore, clean and respectful care of the house provided is critical.

Pets okay but may be limited.
