Established Guest Ranch/Resort is seeking a hands on management couple to come and work with us as partners in progression.

Looking for an energetic, personable couple with great customer service skills and the ability to wear many hats.

Customer service is the number one priority whether you are guiding trail rides

or entertaining guests in our various activities.



Skills required of couple:

1. Strong leadership and management skills

2. Strong customer service attitude

3. Great people skills

4. Knowledge and experience with horses

5. Farming (hay)



Skills not required but much appreciated:

1. Mechanical ability

2. Carpentry skills

3. Office experience

4. Marketing experience

5. Groundskeeping knowledge
