The owners of this property have pieced together this landholding which now holds both native and exotic species. There are high end introduced whitetail genetics, great managed native genetics and 14 species of exotics within the ranch boundaries. A large remodeled lodge, complete with commercial kitchen, a separate recreation room with pool table, shuffle board, big screen and bar. Four quad cabins providing 16 private sleeping rooms and baths. The ranch has excellent guest facilities which comprise the headquarters and compound. The ranch has 2 shotgun shooting courses and a recently completed 4 acre bass pond, which is currently being stocked. The property is under MLD and managed intensely to continue to grow trophy class whitetails and exotics. As the Ranch Manager of the Lazy CK Ranch, you will be responsible to execute and oversee all aspects of the commercial hunting and ranch operations. You will manage and work along side ranch personnel to complete tasks that include but are not limited to: • Sales, Marketing and Booking of all hunts and corporate events • Attending outdoor shows and other marketing events • Record Keeping • Guest relations and entertainment • Guiding hunts • Employee supervision, management and administration • Wildlife Management • Working with TP&W on MLD program, TWIMS and following current CWD regulations • Animal Purchasing • Habitat Management and Improvement • Feeding program design and implementation • Oversight and completion of Lodge and Grounds maintenance • Oversight and completion of Road, blind and feeder maintenance • Planting Food Plots • Light plumbing, electric and handyman work • Heavy equipment operation and upkeep • Mechanic Work • Vehicle maintenance • Water system maintenance and upkeep • Fence monitoring and repair • Bookkeeping and invoicing Qualifications: Previous ranch management experience required.
