Description:
We are a ranch in SW Missouri looking for a full-time, NON-SMOKER, ranch-hand. We want a stable, long-term, dependable, and HONEST/TRUSTWORTHY employee. We are looking for a ranch-hand that has experience in running equipment.



ALL equipment and feed trucks are NEW. We intend to keep it that way. We expect the applicant to respect our equipment like it is their own. We want to run new equipment and do NOT want it tore up, damaged, or neglected!



The applicant needs to be willing/able and have prior experience/knowledge to run John Deere tractors, run a skid steer, 15’ brush hog, and a 40’ boom sprayer, but not limited to just the above equipment.



The applicant will be in charge of mowing, raking, and baling all hay. Needs prior experience/knowledge to run a hay crew and know when to begin haying and when hay is ready to bale after cutting.

We bale, on average, about 500-1000 round bales per year. Applicant will be required to keep equipment clean and serviced.



Applicant will also be required to feed cattle during the winter (needs prior cattle experience), will also be required to help process cattle and needs to be able-bodied to fold up and move a Rawhide Corral alone.



Weekends required during haying season and during the winter-feeding. Mechanically inclined would be useful but not required.



Housing available IF the applicant qualifies.
