Description:
I am looking for a legit COWBOY to help my dad calve 2000 head of cows this spring. You will be working for a legend who is the hardest working most knowledgeable cattleman still running. At 63, he’s finally slowed down enough that a young guy might be able to keep up! NO BS’rs, if you can’t rope outside of a pen, keep looking. Skills that are a must: identify hungry or sick calves. Identify tight bag cows and deal with them. Rope and Ride! Identify pairs and sort a horseback. Not to sound harsh, but we need a professional, not an amateur. If you’re savvy, this could turn into a fulltime position on the summer range. We will provide house and will pay better than top dollar for a hand. If you have what it takes, please contact me.
