My name is Josiah "sy" McCartney



It has always been a dream of mine to work on a traditional working ranch. I was born in Pocatello Idaho, i was raised around horses and a few cattle, but at the age of 10 my family and i moved to North Carolina and have been there ever since. Living in North Carolina i didnt have any oportunity to be around horses or cattle because they were few and far between. I dont have very much experience at all but i am a very quick learner, a hard worker and i am not affraid to try something new. I am 21 years of age now and am currently living in Nebraska with family working a temporary job to make money to make it out west to live the ranch life. I am no stranger to running Machinery and working on it, i am a very hands on person and very self motivated. Working long hard hours is not a problem for me i dont mind it at all, i actually enjoy it because its not work if you enjoy your job. Like i said i am not very experienced but i am willing to do what it takes to be the best ranch hand i can be. I just need someone willing to teach me the ranch life and how to do it right, that is what i am looking for, someone to teach me the ways of a ranching life style.
