We are only interested in applicants that want a LONG TERM CAREER with our company. This is a cow/calf operation by natural service. The job responsibilities will require operate heavy-duty farm tractors, mower conditioner, rake, round baler, and rotary mower. In addition, the job will require Cattle Ranch chores, such as fixing and building fence, working and doctoring cattle, feeding daily, calving, etc. Mechanical experience and welding abilities are helpful. This is NOT a cowboy or horse riding job only. This job also requires a considerable amount of tractor time for haying, mowing, and farming duties along with fence building and fence repairing when needed. You will be working by yourself and provided help when needed. ALL INTERESTED APPLICANTS MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS: a. Must have "extensive" experience with Heavy Duty Farm Equipment. b. Must have “extensive” experience working with cattle. c. Must know how to build fence d. Must be Honest e. Must be Hardworking f. Must be Reliable g. Need a Valid Drivers License h. Must be able to work 6 days a week. i. APPLICANTS MUST BE WILLING TO DO A BACKGROUND CHECK. j. Please do not apply if you do not meet the criteria listed above. Compensation • In-town house provided.
