Description:
Muleshoe Ranch, Inc., a progressive family operated ranch is seeking a full time ranch employee. We are a cow/calf and yearling operation located in NE Wyoming. The ranch is located 25 miles west of Belle Fourche, SD. Qualified applicants should possess a strong, honest work ethic that appreciates the ranching lifestyle and be willing to work as a team or independently. This position will involve all phases of ranch work in all weather conditions.

Livestock duties for this position include but are not limited to feeding, handling, processing, doctoring sickness in cattle and horses, calving, fencing, and weed spraying. Horses and atv’s are both used on the operation, applicant may bring their own horses. Horsemanship skills are a must as the ranch also runs a small brood mare band.

Vehicle and equipment duties include operation of agriculture equipment, haying, feeding, maintenance, repairs, and welding. We run good equipment and have an excellent shop facility and expect the equipment to be maintained properly.

This position is a 6 day a week job with one full weekend a month off depending on seasonal work load. Applicant must possess a valid driver’s license. Housing along with a half of beef will be provided. Salary will depend on experience. The opportunity to run some of your own cattle may be an option after one year of employment.
