Description:
We are a 6 member grazing association running 1100 cow/calf pairs on approximately 25,000 acres in S.W. North Dakota which borders Montana. We are looking for a reliable, honest, positive and self-starting ranch couple with experience in all aspects of cattle handling. Must have valid driver’s license with clean record. Back ground will be checked. Non-smoker preferred. This is a 7 month position (April 15 to Nov 15) with housing furnished year round. Wages are negotiable depending on experience. Duties include but not limited to fencing, checking & doctoring bulls & cattle, moving cattle (with members help), checking water including wells,(windmills & solar wells) pipelines & springs, horseback riding, weed control and other ranch duties as needed. Cow work is done horseback. Employee must provide own horses. Ranch is located 26 miles NE of Baker, Montana or 18 miles North of Marmarth, North Dakota or 15 miles South of Golva, North Dakota.
