SMALL HORSE RANCH THAT SPECIALIZES IN TEAM ROPING HAS ONE FULL TIME PERMANENT POSITION. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CAN NOT WORK WEEKENDS. WE ARE GONE SOME WEEKENDS, AND YOUR DAYS OFF ARE SOMETIMES DURING THE WEEK. LIVE IN POSITION AVAILABLE FOR ONE RANCH HAND. DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO: FEEDING AND CARING FOR HORSES, CATTLE, CHICKENS & DOGS, CLEANING STALLS AND OUTSIDE RUNS, FENCE REPAIR AND PAINTING, MOWING, WEED EATING, GROUNDS MAINTENANCE, DRIVING TRUCK, TRAILER AND BOBCAT SKID STEER. YOUR PAY INCLUDES AN EFFICIENCY BUNKHOUSE APARTMENT, INTERNET, UTILITIES AND SALARY. MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK. YOU MUST ALSO HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION. THIS IS NOT A TRAINER POSITION, THOUGH YOU MUST BE PROFICIENT AROUND HORSES, EXERCISE RIDING MAY BE REQUIRED. IF YOU HAVE QUALITY HORSEMANSHIP SKILLS YOU MAY FINISH A HORSE OR EVEN START COLTS. IF YOU WANT TO TEAM ROPE YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN HORSE. WE WILL BOARD YOUR HORSE FOR YOU. IF YOU WANT TO GO TO ROPINGS YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TRUCK AND TRAILER. WE TAKE GOOD CARE OF OUR EMPLOYEES AND EXPECT THE SAME FROM YOU.
