Description:
Looking for a team player to join our crew at the East Feedlot located in Broken Bow, NE. This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a position with diverse responsibilities.



This person is responsible for:

-Operating equipment properly and safely while delivering precise rations accurately and efficiently.

-Overseeing the maintenance of mill area equipment, silo, fence, water tanks, and other feedlot facilities and structures as needed.

-Assisting with pen checking and the processing/sorting of incoming and outgoing cattle.

-Ensuring cattle health practices and procedures.

-Complying with all safety rules and policies.



Ideal candidate would possess the following qualifications:

-Strong interest and/or background in the cattle industry.

-Beef Quality Assurance experience.

-Commitment to safety and quality culture.

-Excellent verbal communication.

-Individual must be team-oriented.

-Strong interest in horsemanship

-High attention to detail.
