Description:
Schaefer Ranchwear was established in 1982 known as “America’s Finest Ranchwear” where garments are assembled at a family owned factory. Due to being one of the last US designers and manufacturers of genuine ranchwear for everyone, it is a staple of farmers, ranchers and rodeo people alike. Every garment is authentic and crafted on the same machines that have been used for generations. Schaefer Ranchwear is looking for a Customer Service Representaive that will help us grow and carry on the traditions developed over 30 year ago.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As the Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible answering and returning phone calls and entering orders into our system during flexible hours to be established up front. In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to complete the following but not limited to:

1. Accounts Receivables

2. New Account Applications

3. Setting up new customers, wholesale and retail

4. Daily Phone Calls Returns/Exchanges

5. Product Repair Management

6. Customer Service Problem Solving

7. Custom Orders for Rand Hats

8. Adjusting Inventory and Inventory Planning

9. QuickBooks maintenance

10. Account Specific Sales Follow up Calls and order execution

11. Coordination of all marketing needs for website, magazines, catalog, and market events

12. QuickBooks maintenance

13. Ability to communicate with people in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

14. Computer literacy.

15. Ability to work independently, think creatively and exercise strong, sound judgment.

16. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, clients, customers, and the general public.

17. Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to get along with diverse personalities, tactful, flexible. Strong orientation to customer service.

18. Must be resourceful and have the ability to problem solve.

19. Ability to interpret, understands policies, and relates them to others.

20. Possess good organizational and time management skills.

21. Ability to process high volumes of work while meeting deadlines.

22. Ability to work flexible hours during peak business periods

23. Strong technical aptitude in regards to software applications such as the Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Job Requirements:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.

2. Minimum of 1 year customer service or call center experience.

3. Experience with customer service and data entry.

4. Strong verbal and written skills a must.

5. The ability to read and write fluently in English and Spanish is preferred.

6. Retail experience preferred
