We are all of the above. We are always looking to expand our experiance with cattle and learn all that we can. We are very ambitious, and prepared to accomplish any task we may face. We demonstrate excellent team work and are not conceeded. We are an old fashion couple, we take things seriously. We don’t get drunk or party, we are here to better ourselves and the brand we ride for. Our goal is to eventually be able to own a cow-calf operation of our own, so this opportunity would be a blessing to help guide us on the right path. James is a twenty three year old male from Westcliffe, Colorado. After being born and raised in the cattle industry, he is looking to broaden his horizons. He was raised to gather, doctor, sort, brand, and maintain cattle on horse back, and have been doing so for the duration of his career. He has expieriance managing 1,000 plus head of mother cows year round. I have always believed that if you enjoy what you do, you never work a day in your life. I am a very self motivated, hard working individual. I am abrupt, honest, and trustworthy. I work in all conditions, year round. I can accomplish most any task on my own, but prefer working with others. I am easy to get along with and have excellent communication skills. I am knowledgeable in most vaccines and medicines needed. I also have experiance with farm equipment such as swathers, fixing pivots, flood irrigation, baling, and planting. I am passionate about the work I do and won’t leave a project unfinished. I finsh every task I am givin with the best of my ability. I don’t drink, smoke, or do drugs of any kind. I have three working cow dogs that can assist me in most situations on the ranch. I also have plenty of dependable saddle horses that I use on a daily basis. I learn new information quickly and am very adaptable. Kristi is a twenty year old hard working, dedicated woman raised in Colorado. I’ve only been apart of the cattle industry for about three years, but i’m loving it and love learning all that I can. I am very enthusiastic about working with cattle and always want to learn something new. I have experiance with the basics of ranching and cattle, and i’m looking to become a great cowhand. After graduating high school, I went to college in Colorado Springs for massage therpy. I graduated with a 3.7 GPA and was also the class rep for my class. Being a leader is very important to me, I feel that if I can motivate people to get things done the right way, it will become second nature. I also had an opportunity to be the captain of my volleyball team in High school and was a volleyball coach for our local youth community. I am a very outgoing, loving person who will always try her hardest. I’m passionate about what I do and i’ll never give up in tough circumstances. I have always been a go getter and have a great drive. We appreciate the opportunity and the time you have taken to learn about us. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
