(This particular grazing lease has been in "rest" for 2 seasons, so the grass is looking amazing so far this year! Great place to "grow" your cattle. Plenty of water and grass!)



Can accommodate up to 250 cow/calves or heifers. (Numbers are also flexible depending on how long you plan to graze.)

Dates are flexible, but can start May 1-October 1, 2015.



Location: Shirley Mountain Basin, just 60 miles outside of Casper, Wyoming on CR 291, 7 miles from the Miracle Mile, near Dome Rock, the Seminoe and Pathfinder Reservoirs.



We have professional horseman with cattle and range management experience on site to be able to tend to your cattle over the lease period. (Compensation for this service would be an additional charge, but the price is negotiable.)



Looking to get $125 per AUM (Animal Unit= 1 Cow/Calf, 1 Bull, 1 Heifer) for a 5 month lease. Can be adjusted depending on number of animals and length of lease.
