We are ready to relocate for the right opportunity. He’s held varied job titles, from Airport Manager for a remote FBO in west Texas, to licensed guide for hunts and fishing charters, to working on the road as a contractor following the PGA tour. He’s a proficient outdoorsman who’s resided in upper and mid-coastal Texas, lived for four years in the Big Bend region, and has spent time and hunted in the Hill Country, Edwards Plateau and south Texas. He enjoys patterning wildlife and is accomplished and skilled with waterfowl, turkey, dove, quail, white tail and mule deer, aoudad, stag and other exotics, feral hog, collard peccary, and predators. He can clean and process game, and is competent with firearms, stands, blinds, feeders and game cameras. He works on most mechanical systems, and knows carpentry, concrete, basic wiring, plumbing and septic systems. Heavy equipment experience with tractors, shredders, small dozers, all kinds of forklifts, airplane tugs, gooseneck and bumper haul trailers. He understands the maintenance required for roads, fencing, irrigation, and general home care. Her expertise is the hospitality industry. She has a talent for customer service and public relations. Experience in restaurant management, employee training, catering, banquets and special events. Equally comfortable relating with the dishwasher or the millionaire. She’s well versed in fine wine, modern and classic cuisines and formal service standards. An organized and effective planner, she is cheerful and a hard worker accustomed to long hours. We have two adult dogs, and are compassionate and comfortable with all kinds of pets. We have limited experience with livestock, but are willing to learn and not afraid of the labor. We enjoy gardening and have moved into using organic practices. We both speak conversational-level Spanish and are adept with computers, office programs, email and internet.
