Ranch Manager - Yearling Operation



Our client is looking for an outstanding person to join their team as the day-to-day manager of their yearling operation. They are looking for someone who can lead a team to ensure that priorities are established and achieved. The ideal candidate will have a track record of performance in a leadership role, the drive to get things done right, outstanding interpersonal skills, and an employment history that demonstrates stability.



If you have:

• Experience with managing the day-to-day requirements of a large yearling operation

• Excellent communication skills and a track record of keeping owners, coworkers, and employees informed of what is going on in the operation

• A strong work ethic and a willingness to help out in the other aspects of the operation

• An ability to identify tasks that need to be completed and a sense of urgency for getting things done



Then this is the job for you! Our client is looking for someone to make a long-term commitment to the operation. The right person will be treated exceptionally well.



Compensation for this role is competitive. Housing will be provided for the right candidate. An opportunity to have an equity stake in the operation will be considerations for the perfect candidate.
