Haying: 20 years Room And Board: 3 bedroom needed Description: We are hoping to find a long term ranch situation where he can work the ranch and/or horses, etc. and where she can cook/clean/nanny or provide managerial assistance. We would need a 3 bedroom home. The room and board could be part of our employment package. Our children range in age from 16 years old down to 17 months old. This situation can range from very part-time (requiring us to have employment outside the ranch as well) or full-time (requiring 6-7 days per week.) Our skills range from his over 20 years training and shoeing horses, 15 years working cow calf operations, and 12 years flying aircraft (7400 hours flight time.) She is very customer service oriented and loves helping others. She has 10 years of managerial/office experience and 5 years of cooking for small and large groups. She is also a very good right hand to him. We are both healthy, non-smokers and non-drinkers. Additionally, our whole family enjoys being outdoors.
