Description:
Looking for a farmboss for a semi-remote Nevada ranch who can manage all aspects of hay production, machinery maintenance, experience with pivots and pumps, welding, and be mechanically inclined. Must take pride in their work, keep equipment clean and maintained properly and enjoy country living. School bus stop 13 miles away on dirt road.



The farmboss will manage a small crew of seasonal workers. This is a full time position with insurance, new house, utilities, satellite tv and beef. Experience with cattle not necessary but helpful. The ranch has very good or new hay equipment. Will report to the ranch manager. No drugs/heavy drinkers/smokers
