We are currently looking for some ranch help and would be very interested in considering you. We currently run 850 cow/calf pairs along with 500 yearlings. We also farm approximately 10000 acre. 120 of our cows are registered, which is a business we’re starting to pursue very aggressively. The position we have available would include duties such as, calving, riding, and working cattle, doctoring, fencing, and haying. There will also be a need to drive truck (no CDL required), and fill in with the farming as needed.

Do not let the farming side of things intimidate you; we currently have an excellent farm crew there will just be times such as spring seeding and harvest when we would need all hands on deck. We also haul our own grain to town in the winter to stay busy…this position is primarily ranch work!!!

We will provide housing for family/animals, very competitive wages, and health care. We also include a yearend bonus of $3000-$5000 depending on experience and overall performance over the current working season. This is not a “dead end” job, we have allowed employees to run some of their own cattle on our place and develop a lasting career. I hope you will consider us an option; we will provide assistance for relocation and will cover expenses for a face-to-face interview.
