Description:
Self-starter, live on site, couple preferred. Flagtaff, AZ 10 acre,7 horse ranch. Horse experience necessary, Draft horse preferred, Ferrier experience a Plus!

Duties involve: Complete horse care, exercise saddle horses, hitch horses, stalls. Pristine 80X80 barn, tack, wagons and buggies. Run tractors and equipment, maintain corrals and arenas, driveways, winter snow removal, snow melt and property security.

Included with weekly wage, workers comp and ranch truck, new self-contained upstairs barn apartment, fully furnished complete with kitchen, laundry, one bedroom, patio, satellite TV, internet and A/C. Partner can gain other employment if needed.
