Remote ranch in need of an experienced person or persons for and cow calf operations limited farming and use mostly ATVs. (too many acres to cover, horses some in the spring/fall with sorting). Ranches acres are approx 20000 each. Feeding cows in the winter, calving in the spring, and doctoring and working cattle. Checking cattle, doctoring, checking and opening waterers. Must be able to be your own boss and see what needs to be done. Applicant requirements : -----Current drivers licence -----Expereience with tractors newer and older -----Resume required nothing fancy but short synapsis of work history -----Background and references required -----Clean and repectable person for our community and our faciltys -----Compassion for animals and willingness to go the extra mile to save them or put them down -----Willingness to take care of the cows in extreme conditions ie blizzards or calving late or early am hours -----Persons wanting their own cattle with them or future help with purchase -----NO SMOKING due to upkeep of equiptment fires on the prairie -----7 days a week depending on the season usually we work out days off as much as possible -----Position is usually 5 full days and Saturdays 1/2 days and Sundays off or a deay you request in advance -----Person willing to learn and change schedule to work around the cows -----Willing to do a skype interview or personal interview your place or we will meet you -----Someone to wants a permant postion -----Salary DOE anywhere from $1500.-2500. -----Housing available -----Beef available -----1 to three bedroom housing depending on ranch all utilitys paid all appliances depending too some furnished -----Vacation time provided but not during the calving season or haying season -----Days off depending on your schedule- will switch days of with you as needed the cows still need to get fed -----Family operations If you meet all of the qualifications or at least 90% of them nobodys perfect and want a challenging lifetime job and family oppertunity send resume to ranchernd1998@yahoo.com and we will contact you for an interview 4 positions available.
