"Tex" is an 8 year old son of One Time Royalty X Dual Solution(Dual Rey). He stands almost 15 hands and weighs about 1100 lbs. He has good bone and feet (wears an "0" shoe). He doesn’t have any vices and is 100% sound. He has been in great professional cutting horse hands most of his life. He had 1-2 years cutting training and was a turnback/ranch horse for 2-3 years in North Texas at a lot of big shows. He’s not a finished cutter but will work a cow a bit. Very fun to sort and do ranch work on.



This past year we have used him for all aspects of ranch work, elk hunted/packed him, and started team roping on him. My kids and I have used him quite a bit. He stays broke w/ time off and is gentle but has plenty of feel and a gas pedal.



He’s got a great start roping. I have roped both ends on him and he can honestly do either one. He’s great in the box, has plenty of speed, and stays easy in your hand. He leaves flat and smooth. He has the ability for higher number ropers but is easy enough for lower numbered ropers as well.



I hate to sell him but bills got to be paid. He’s one of those geldings everybody wants that can do a lot of different things for a lot of different people. Call or text anytime w/ questions.
